Catelyn Terrill

Administrator

As an Administrator at Assurance & Guarantee, Catelyn Terrill is motivated by her desire to help others. Everyday she works to help men and women achieve their retirement goals; Catelyn understands how difficult it can be to plan for retirement without the aid of an advisor. You can find Catelyn helping clients, taking phone calls, filling out paperwork, and assisting retirement planners daily.

Originally from Burlington, North Carolina, Catelyn now resides in Graham, North Carolina with her husband, Isaac. Her favorite travel destination is any beach on the West Coast. Her favorite hobbies include music, playing the piano, and learning sign language. Catelyn wants to ensure that all others feel comfortable and loved; she is able to achieve this by continuously living an honest life and passionately serving God.

Isaac Terrill

Media Marketing Manager

As the Media Manager at Assurance and Guarantee, Isaac’s primary responsibilities consist of working with the company’s social media and marketing. He chose to enter the financial industry because of his desire to help people make informed decisions about the money that they’ve invested, therefore helping people live a happier and healthier retirement.

Isaac has been in the industry for 2 years and says that the most valuable lesson he’s learned thus far, is to make sure that the people you’re working with have your best interest in mind and not their own.

Before entering the financial industry, Isaac attended Steller school for Higher Learning and is currently working on getting his Mechatronics Engineering Degree at Alamance Community College. Aside from school and working at Assurance and Guarantee, Isaac enjoys playing sports such as basketball, soccer, and airsoft.

New Business Supervisor

Kylee’s day consists of tracking new business and ensuring that everything is continuing to run smoothly, keeping in touch with clients, and assisting the retirement counselors in any way she can. After graduating from Alamance Community College, she was attracted to the financial industry quickly. Kylee is most passionate about making a difference in the world, no matter how big or small; she always takes the opportunity to make someone’s day a little brighter. Within her career, she gets the opportunity to share knowledge and help others make big, lifelong improvements in the quality of their lives.

She loves that the environment at Assurance & Guarantee is so welcoming; her co-workers are always quick to help and teach her. She admires that Assurance & Guarantee consistently puts forward the best products for each of their client’s specific needs. One of Kylee’s greatest challenges was overcoming her self-doubts and mastering her mindset. She has learned to take more risks and be more confident in her abilities. Assurance & Guarantee loves this about her!

Outside of her career, Kylee has a passion for interior design. She makes a lot of her own projects, including refinishing old furniture and making wall art! Others often ask her for help decorating their homes and she is happy to oblige. She is married to her husband, Leonel, and has two cats, Bearhead and Chiki. Originally she is from Binghamton, New York, but lives in Burlington, North Carolina. In her free time she often paints, reads, mountain bikes, and plays soccer. You can commonly find her shopping at small and local businesses on the weekend.

Office Manager
